Meet our Partners!

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I specialize in helping children and adolescents navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. My approach is rooted in a ‘whole-person’ lens, blending dual master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and in Mental Health and Wellness with the profound perspective of a mother who has raised a child with autism from their diagnosis at age four to their life now as a thriving 30-year-old.

Whether navigating the complexities of autism and neurodiversity, teaching cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)  and dialectical behavior therapy- DBT skills for emotional regulation, or utilizing trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy -TF-CBT to support trauma recovery, my focus remains on providing structured, evidence-based care tailored to the individual. Guided by the belief that empathy is the most precious gift we can offer, I strive to foster the connections that promote lasting change.

Outside of working with my clients, I find balance in nature, reading, and spending quality time with my family and our dog, Ivy.
